Down – the acclaimed New Orleans band featuring Corrosion of Conformity guitarist and vocalist Pepper Keenan, Eyehategod drummer Jimmy Bower, Crowbar guitarist Kirk Windstein, and former Pantera bassist Rex Brown and frontman Phil Anselmo – shall release its long-awaited third full-length studio album, tentatively entitled “Down III”, on September 25 via ILG/Warner Music Group.
The CD shall reportedly contain about 18 tracks recorded in LA under the guidance of producer Warren Riker, known for his work with a.o. Crowbar and Sublime.
