Final Johnny Cash Recordings To Be Released

The last song ever written Johnny Cash will be included on the album ‘American V: A Hundred Highways’, to be released in July.
In the months before his death on 12 September 2003, Cash teamed up with producer Rick Rubin to record new material.
Cash reinterprets works as diverse as Hank Williams’ ‘On The Evening Train’, Rod McKuen’s ‘Love’s Been Good To Me’, and Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Further On (Up The Road)’ on ‘American V’. Two original songs also appear, including ‘Like The 309’ and ‘I Came To Believe’.
