The Foo Fighters are suing American comic book giant Marvel Comics for copyright infringement. The band are alleging that the company, known for creating a.o. “Spider-Man” and “The Hulk”, uses “substantial excerpts” of two of their songs to promote a new animated series. According to Dave Grohl & Co., their tracks “Best of You” and “Free Me” appear in the trailer for the new series “Wolverine and the X-Men“, which can be seen here:
