RUFFIANS, the reunited power metal band that at one time featured in its ranks late VICIOUS RUMORS frontman Carl Albert, has issued the following statement:
“After a long, hard-fought battle with several debilitating health problems, our longtime friend and bassist for many years, Dan Moura, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Keep him in your heart for a while.”
Dan Moura was 41 years old.
RUFFIANS recently signed a deal with Metal Heaven Records. The band has been ensconced at Trident/Imperial Studios in Northern California recording their much-anticipated new album for an October 2006 release.
