Franz Ferdinand frontman Alex Kapranos revealed that the band, which is currently working in Glasgow on its next, as-yet-untitled album, is making “a dirty pop record… It’s the opposite of punk/pop,” the singer explained. The CD should surface this summer via Epic Records.
