Judas Priest, Metallica, Ministry, Dragonforce and Slipknot have been nominated in the “Best Metal” category for the upcoming Grammy Awards, which happen in Los Angeles on February 8.
The “Best Hard Rock” award will be a battle between Disturbed, Judas Priest, The Mars Volta, Motley Crue and Rob Zombie. Metallica, Kid Rock, Coldplay, The Raconteurs and Kings Of Leon are among those up for the “Best Rock Album”, while Rush, Metallica, David Gilmour, Nine Inch Nails and Zappa Plays Zappa all go for the “Best Rock Instrumental” award.
