Iggy Pop to reform The Stooges and play classics from ‘Raw Power’

Iggy Pop has hinted that he may reform The Stooges to play songs from their classic 1973 album ‘Raw Power’. Pop confirmed that he recently met ‘Raw Power’ guitarist James Williamson and discussed reuniting to play songs from the album with him.

In January this year, original Stooges guitarist Ron Asheton died of heart attack. Asheton played bass on ‘Raw Power’.
