John Mellencamp (on the photo) is working with Stephen King on a forthcoming musical. The well-known musician is writing the score for the effort, while the best-selling horror novelist has penned the script. The musical is going to be called “Ghost Brothers of Darkland County“, and is set to open at Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre in April 2009 to prepare for a run on Broadway.
