Korn have recruited Clint Lowery (Dark New Day, ex-Sevendust) as the band’s touring guitarist for 2007. Clint (on the photo) shall replace Rob Patterson (ex-Otep), who, on the other hand, filled in for Korn’s original axeman Brian “Head” Welch, who left the band two years ago to devote to Christianity… The reasons for the line-up change remain unclear, except for the fact that Korn’s main guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer said “it was time to make a change”.
Lowery will make his debut with the band today on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”.
