The follow-up to 2007 Linkin Park’s album ‘Minutes To Midnight’ is scheduled for an early 2010 release. The band is halfway through the writing process.
Linkin Park co-frontman Mike Shinoda says the band’s fourth studio album is going to be so unique, “they’re going to have to come up with a new genre name for what this record is.”
Before the world sees Linkin Park record, though, the band’s other vocalist, Chester Bennington, plans to release his first solo project, under the banner Dead By Sunrise.
