Megadeth has finally announced the name of their forthcoming release. The name of the album is TH1RT3EN, which is an excellent choice since this is the band’s thirteenth studio album.
Dave Mustaine spoke briefly to Rolling Stone about the album’s title.
“I was born on September 13th; this is my thirteenth record. It just seemed like it was the right thing to do to call it TH1RT3EN.”
The follow-up to 2009′s ‘End Game,’ TH1RT3EN will be released November 1, 2011 via Roadrunner Records.
