MOBY Organizes A Vegan Festival In October

MOBY is organizing a new festival at the Henry Fonda theater on October 23rd. This was announced a few weeks ago, and this new festival will address another issue dear to MOBY: animal rights. Circle V is a 100% vegan festival with all proceeds going to mercy for animals!

Circle V is the coming together of my life’s work, animal rights and music,’ declared MOBY. ‘I couldn’t be more excited about this event and am so proud to be headlining.’
This will be MOBY’s only live show this year, and beside MOBY, Blaqk audio and Cold Cave are scheduled to perform, and at the top of this, numerous speakers are announced, like tattoo enthusiast Kat Von D, NBA star John Salley, television journalist Jane Velez-Mitchell, and many others: Kathy Freston, Nathan Runkle, Ingrid Newkirk, Gene Baur, Dr. Neal Barnard, Julieanna Hever, Uma Valeti, Mary Mattern, Kip Andersen + Keegan Kuhn… of course I expect all the food trucks to be 100% free of cruelty to animals.

For the occasion, MOBY & the Void Pacific Choir have released this new video, ‘Don’t leave me’, taken from their debut album ‘These Systems are Failing’ and of course the clip below will remind you the type of horror movie Morrissey makes his audience endure each time they get to see him.
