Morrissey Abandons Show

Morrissey was forced to cancel his show at the London Roundhouse on January 25 after just three songs. The former Smith began the concert, but left the stage early after it appeared he lost his voice. Following a 15-minute delay it was announced that the show would not continue. Comedians Russel Brand, David Walliams and TV presenter Jonathan Ross took to the stage to try and placate the audience (watch below), however some members of the crowd threw items at the trio when they learnt the gig was off. Meanwhile, Morrisey has postponed the rest of his sold-out shows in London “due to illness”.
