Mudvayne shall release a new CD, entitled “By the People, For the People”, on November 27 via Epic Records. The word goes about a compilation of live cuts, rarities, demos and two new recordings – “Dull Boy” and a cover version of The Police’s “King of Pain”.
What’s special about the release it that its final tracklist is not completed yet. Starting today, September 26, Mudvayne fans will be able to visit mudvayne.com and myspace.com/mudvayne to help pick the exact songs which will finally make it on the CD.
As for a real new full-length studio album, Mudvayne shall start working on it no earlier than next year, as vocalist Chad Gray and guitarist Greg Tribbett are on tour with Hellyeah for the remainder of 2007.
