MUSE announced a second show on the renovated Wembley Stadium in London.
As we already informed you, last week the band said they will play a concert at the legendary stadium this coming summer.
Due to the big interest by the fans who bought 75 000 tickets in less than an hour, Muse said that they will play a second concert on the following day, June 17.
Band’s vocalist Matt Belamy told BBC that “this is great”. He also said that the name of the support acts are still to be announced and that Muse are planning several huge shows in Europe next summer.
The original Wembley Stadium played host to dozens of legendary concerts, including the original Live Aid in 1985 and the Freddie Mercury Tribute in 1992. It closed in 2000 for renovation and was demolished to be built again.
