Last Saturday, August 11, Ministry‘s mastermind Al Jourgensen and guitarist Sin Quirin were invited to perform with Cheap Trick and the LA Philharmonic Orchestra at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
This special concert was a tribute to the 40 years anniversary of the release The Beatles’ album “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”, called “Sgt. Pepper’s at 40… A Beatles Celebration Featuring Cheap Trick”.
Other guest included Joan Osborne, Ian Ball and Rob Laufer. As for Al and Sin, they performed “I Want You (She’s So Heavy)” with Cheap Trick, as can be seen on the fan-filmed footage below:
