SLAYER Take a Break

Slayer kicked off their headlining European “Unholy Alliance Tour, Chapter III” last night, October 27, in Manchester, England. The event, which also features Mastodon, Amon Amarth and Trivium, is scheduled to wrap in Helsinki, Finland on November 27. Afterwards Slayer shall return in the studio for their new album, due out summer 2009. One of the cuts on it, written by Jeff Hanneman, shall be entitled “Psychopathy Red” and deals with the twisted mind of notorious Ukrainian serial killer Andrei Chikatilo.
