STEREOPHONICS release their 9th studio album, ‘Keep The Village Alive’, on 11th September.
The first single to be taken from the album is ‘C’est La Vie’ – a breath of fresh air, petrol charged and whip smart. The accompanying video is once again directed by Kelly Jones and is his sixth successive video direction for the band.
Kelly collaborated with acclaimed cinematographer John Conroy (Broadchurch, Fortitude, Luther) and sees Antonia Thomas (Misfits, Sunshine on Leith), Aneurin Barnard (Hunky Dory, Ironclad) and Mathew Aubrey (Made In Dagenham, Just Jim) all star.
‘Keep The Village Alive’ comes hot on the heels of the acclaimed, platinum selling ‘Graffiti On The Train’ (2013) and once again Kelly Jones has written all the songs and shared production duties with long-time collaborator Jim Lowe. The album was recorded at ICP Studios in Brussels and at Stylus Studios in London.
