Former Nightwish frontwoman Tarja Turunen, who’ll perform at the Universiada Sports Hall in Sofia, Bulgaria on October 28, has announced the backing band for her upcoming European solo tour.
Tarja will be joined by the following musicians:
- Mike Terrana (Masterplan, ex-Rage) – drums
- Maria Ilmoniemi – keyboards
- Oliver Holzwarth (Blind Guardian, ex-Sieges Even) – bass
- Alex Scholpp (ex-Farmer Boys) – guitar
- Max Lilja (Hevein, ex-Apocalyptica) – cello
