After “postponing” their shows in Japan due to an injury suffered by bassist Tommy Stinson a week ago, Guns N’ Roses have cancelled their shows in South Africa, too, leaving the nation’s largest outdoor festival without a headliner.
Axl Rose & Co. were scheduled to headline the My Coke Festival 2007 in Johannesburg on April 27 (together with Hoobastank and Evanescence), and to perform in Cape Town on May 1.
Regarding the release of the “new” album “Chinese Democracy”… No comment. Not anymore.
