Richard Reinhardt a.k.a. Richie Ramone, known as drummer for America’s punk rock godfathers The Ramones from 1983 to 1987, has filed suit against Apple Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for copyright infringement.
According to Richie, the companies do not have permission to sell downloads of six songs that he wrote – “Smash You”, “Somebody Put Something in My Drink”, “Human Kind”, “I’m Not Jesus, I Know Better Now” and “(You) Can’t Say Anything Nice”…
