Two Bob Dylan concerts scheduled for this week have been cancelled after promoters deemed it too hot to stage the events.
Dylan’s gig with John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson at the Camelback Ranch in Glendale, AZ tomorrow (August 11) has been called off, with temperatures expected to hit 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
A concert in Las Vegas’s Cashman Field on August 12 has also been called off
The next show on the schedule is at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, CA and so far this show has not been affected by the anticipated searing temperatures.
The heat would reach heights that have the potential to cause a serious health risk to those who attend the show, as well as the staff working at the venues.
