Morrissey will release a new studio album, entitled “Years of Refusal”, on February 23. The CD (view cover in the left) will be preceded by the single “I’m Throwing My Arms Around Paris”. Another song off the effort, “Shame Is the Name”, features vocals from The Pretenders’ frontwoman Chrissie Hynde.
