We follow our old tradition to present you some of the most interesting music festivals close to Bulgaria.
Today we are pointing your attention to ROCKSTADT EXTREME FEST 2026 in Romania. Many Bulgarian fans are already pretty familiar with it, and last year two cool Bulgarian metal bands even played there – ENGINEER OF DEATH and URBAN GREY (see more here).
The festival was launched back in 2013 and has since become one of the most important events of its kind in Eastern Europe. It is no coincidence that invitations to it begin with 'Welcome to the Wild East'!
This year from 27 July to 31 July, tens of thousands metal fans from all around Europe will be flocking to the heart of Transilvania for this five day massive event to see more than 100 international bands perform on three stages.
The five festival nights will be headlined by SABATON, GODSMACK, LAMB OF GOD, HELLOWEEN and THE PRODIGY.
